He's coming home.
Adam Hall.
Paralympic gold medallist Adam Hall returns to Otago
today on a flight scheduled to reach Dunedin Airport at 4.25pm.
Hall will be greeted by family, friends, supporters and at
least one person puffing on a certain musical instrument that
always greets returning Otago sports heroes.
Organisers of a function to be held at the airport
immediately following Hall's arrival have encouraged all of
his fans to greet him and celebrate his achievements.
Hall won a gold medal in the standing slalom at the Vancouver
Paralympics last month, adding seventh in the super G and
eighth in the super combined.
The Outram-raised, Wanaka-based skier will now head into
another Olympic cycle as he chases more gold at the 2014
Winter Paralympics in Sochi, Russia.
