Coulee is getting her flow on in time for summer racing.

The Gallant Guru filly has been far from disgraced in her two career starts, following up a debut fifth at Wingatui in October with a sixth on the same course on Melbourne Cup day.

She lined up against three others at the Wingatui jumpouts over 800m yesterday and held off a late bid from stablemate Added to win by a neck in 47.41sec.

Trainers Brian and Shane Anderton have two options for the 3yr-old, who has impressed at jumpouts in the spring.

''She's run good races,'' Brian Anderton said.

''There's a fillies and mares maiden at Waikouaiti. She could go there - if not to Omakau [on January 3].

''She's got plenty of pace and goes all right.''

An unnamed Gallant Guru-The Bubble filly is also a candidate to start in the new year, as is Thewayiam.

The addition of blinkers seemed to sharpen up Thewayiam, a four-length winner in the second 800m maiden.

Include was back into work yesterday after her mishap on the float last Thursday, although Anderton was unsure whether she would be ready for a run at Wingatui on Boxing Day.
