Gallant Guru is flying high for White Robe Lodge, and now it is Raise The Flag's turn to take centre stage for the stud at next week's select sale at Karaka.

Gallant Guru's progeny were in hot form at Gore on Saturday through victories to Valiant and Blue'N'Gold while Too Cool To Fool won at Adelaide the same day.

But the spotlight now turns to Raise The Flag and his four yearlings, who go under the hammer at Karaka from Wednesday next week.

White Robe Lodge stud manager Wayne Stewart is pleased with the quartet who make up the stud's draft in the three-day second-tier sale.

''They're all out of mares who have produced winners already and they're all well-grown,'' Stewart said.

Two of the four yearlings - a colt out of Personal Column and a filly out of Ignite - are being sold on behalf of Brian and Lorraine Anderton.

The colt out of Woodini is on the account of Stewart and his wife, Karen, while the grey colt out of The Gem is from the breed of the Dennis brothers, of Woodlands.

Stewart is particularly pleased to be working with the brothers again.

"We used to do a lot of their horses years ago,'' he said.

''The Phantom and The Phantom Chance were all sold out of the White Robe Lodge draft. It's good to do one for them again.''

The grey is particularly striking and can call on the records of siblings Gunsmoke (four wins), The Gallant Girl (two wins) and The Barmaid (two wins) when he enters the ring on Thursday.

''He's typical of their breed - he's a wee bit immature as a yearling but they certainly grow and develop as they get older,'' Stewart said.

''He's out of a mare that is a good winner herself and has already produced three winners.''

Equally well represented in the first part of his pedigree page is a colt out of Personal Column.

''She was a group-placed mare herself and she's left Confused who has won 10 and Structure's won.''

She is the stud's sole representative on the first day with the colt out of The Gem joined by the Woodini colt on Thursday.

The bay colt is a half-brother to Millbank, who won a group 3 over 1200m at Moonee Valley in 2008, while the filly - who goes under the hammer on the last day - is the first foal out of Ignite, a full sister to Inferno.

''They all read well and they're all nice horses,'' he said.

''We had a good year last year with Who Shot Thebarman and different ones so we're pretty positive. We're breeding horses at the highest level.

''When you're taking young horses like this to the sale, people are keen to see what you've got.''

Stewart hopes Who Shot Thebarman's third placing in the Melbourne Cup will be a major selling point for Australian buyers checking White Robe Lodge's draft.

''Hopefully, Raise The Flag is the type of horse they'd like to buy. With this draft here, they are lovely big scopy horses who should grow into staying horses.''
