More than 200 people are expected to attend the Athletic Rugby Football Club's 125th anniversary celebrations in Oamaru at Easter.
The celebrations begin with a get-together on the Friday night, followed by photographs and watching club rugby on Saturday, and a cabaret at night. On Sunday, there will be a Golden Oldies game between Athletic and the Waitaki Wasps.
Fifteen specially made jerseys will be auctioned during the weekend. Some former players are returning from Australia for the event.
