Rugby: Test selling out

Just a few hundred tickets remain for the All Black test against the Springboks at Forsyth Barr Stadium.

Tickets went on pubic sale across the country last Monday and demand has been strong.

The test on September 15 will be the first international played at the ground by the All Blacks.

Dunedin Venues Management Ltd chief executive David Davies said sales of tickets were going very well and there were only a few hundred left.

Seats in the north and south stands had almost all gone, so the only seats left were at either end.

He suggested those keen to buy a seat should get in quick as they would not last long.

An exclusive offer to residents south of Waitaki River had been offered for a week last month and there had been strong demand for tickets in this period.
