five-pointers from Belgium Tuatagaloa and Luke Masirewa to
take a 12-7 halftime lead.
However, the Fijians hit back with three second-half tries to
shut Gordon Tietjens' men out.
The two teams finished the pool stage equal on seven points
after Fiji suffered a shock 21-19 loss to Scotland.
New Zealand beat Scotland 24-7 and England 14-7 in their
