Harbour took 40 seconds to open the scoring against Green Island and it was a sign of what was to come at Watson Park.

The Hawks scored 15 tries in a 99-7 rout.

University A held off Kaikorai 28-25, while Pirates upset Dunedin 36-17.

Taieri smashed Alhambra-Union 67-7, and Southern recovered from a slow start to beat Zingari-Richmond 60-28.
