Bledisloe Cup match winner Colin Slade has been left out of the All Blacks' 34-man squad to tour the USA and Europe.
Counties Manukau halfback Augustine Pulu has been named in the squad as Sonny Bill Williams also joins Carter and Victor Vito in a return to the squad.
