The Highlanders have lost their first pre-season hit-out
of the season, going down 36-14 to the Chiefs.
The Chiefs were ahead 22-7 at halftime.
The Southern franchise will get a chance to avenge the loss
when the sides will kick off the Super 15 at Forsyth Barr
Stadium on February 22 and meet again in Hamilton exactly one
month later.
