Rugby: Highlanders hold on to beat Blues

The Highlanders have held on to beat the Blues 30-24 at Forsyth Barr Stadium.

The home team won the game in the first half with a clinical display which had it up 24-0 at the break.

The Blues came back in the second half and ended up scoring four tries to the Highlanders' three but the goal kicking of Lima Sopoaga was the difference.

Sopoaga did not miss a kick all night, helping himself to 15 points.
