The team won three gold, 10 silver and 10 bronze medals at the meet from April 18-22.
The gold medals came in the 16 years section, with Caitlin Deans winning the girls 400m individual medley and 800m freestyle and Tame Govaerts-Paul winning the boys 100m breaststroke.
Deans also claimed silver in the 200m freestyle and individual medley and 400m freestyle.
Govaerts-Paul, who was selected in the Swimming New Zealand age-group talent identification squad following the meet, also won silver in the 50m and 200m breaststroke.
Elsewhere in the 16 years boys section, Courtland Ellis had a successful campaign, winning silver in the 100m freestyle and bronze in the 50m and 200m freestyle, 100m breaststroke and 100m butterfly.
Fellow Neptune club member Nick Pryde came second in the 1500m freestyle.
In the 16 years girls section, Devon Familton, also of Neptune, came second in the 200m breaststroke.
Cecilia Crooks won silver in the 800m freestyle and bronze in the 400m freestyle in the 15 years girls' section, while Meg Sycamore came third in the 14 years girls 200m individual medley.
In the 13 years section, Jessica Scott collected silver in the 100m butterfly and bronze in the 50m and 200m butterfly.
Oamaru swimmer Micah Hayes won bronze medals in the boys 13 years 400m and 1500m freestyle.
The next major event in Dunedin is the Neptune Queen's Birthday short course meet, which will be held at Moana Pool from June 3-5.
