New Zealand tennis player Marina Erakovic and her Russian playing partner lost in the doubles final of the Slovenia Open in Portoroz this morning (NZT).
The unseeded Erakovic and Anna Chakvetadze went down 6-4 2-6 10-7 to second seeds Maria Kondratieva of Russia and Vladimira Uhlirova, although Erakovic should still considerably improve her current world doubles ranking of 111.
