Defending champion David Ferrer is through to the
quarter-finals of the Heineken Open in Auckland after beating
Lukas Rosol 6-4 6-2 tonight.
Spaniard Ferrer, ranked number five in the world, took just
over one hour to beat Czech Rosol. It was Ferrer's first
match of the tournament after he had a bye in the first
round.
