David Ferrer will meet Olivier Rochus in tomorrow's Heineken
Open tennis final after dispatching fellow Spaniard Fernando
Verdasco 6-4 6-4 in today's second semifinal.
The final will pit two of the smallest players on tour
against each other but Ferrer, the world No 5 and defending
champion, will bring a big reputation.
Rochus, however, has been playing the best tennis of his
career this week and dealt with the windy conditions better
than eighth seed Philipp Kohlschreiber in his semifinal,
winning 6-7 (4) 6-1 6-4 in two-and-a-half hours.
