The top seeds all progressed safely to the quarter-finals
of the New Zealand tennis championships at North Harbour today.
Men's top seed Dan King-Turner beat Waikato's Jaden Grinter
6-2 6-0 and second Artem Sitak had a similarly comfortable
win over Stefan Williams 6-3 6-1. Sitak will now face 2006

Queenstown's Riki Mclachlan 6-4 6-4.
Eighth seed Adam Lee was beaten by promising 17-year-old

Comuzzo to win in straight sets.

beating Gabriela Coates 6-1 6-0, but fourth seed Emma Hayman
