Week 4 Day 11: Just a quick post today guys!
Whoa! Another tough-as workout! If you seen my last post and video (where I channel
a walking triangle aka 'bear crawls') I was introduced to
what they call 'primal or animal movements', they looked
pretty funny (when I did them anyway) but man they were hard!
Well today's session was all about. . . more animal
