A $410,000 prize from a New Zealand Lotteries Commission
Bullseye ticket purchased in Alexandra has yet to be claimed.
The winning ticket was triggered during a Bullseye Must Be
Won draw on April 23.
New Zealand Lotteries communications adviser Roz Sheerin said
it was unusual for a large prize to be unclaimed after a
week.
Ms Sheerin said the ticket was purchased from Alexandra's New
World supermarket, although she could not disclose exactly
when the winning ticket was bought.
"It would have been purchased for the April 23 draw," she
said.
All Bullseye players were encouraged to check their tickets,
Ms Sheerin said.
It was the second time a Bullseye prize of $400,000 or more
had been won since the game was launched in October last
year.
Ms Sheerin said although the jackpot reached $400,000 on
April 23, there were no first division winners.
The full $410,000 prize went to the sole second division
winner, she said.
Ms Sheerin said the winner had until April 23 next year to
claim their prize, after which the ticket would become void.
