A man suffered a foot injury after a 4WD vehicle rolled on private land at Glencoe Station, near Arrowtown, police say.
Senior Sergeant Brian Benn, of Southern District Command Centre, said police were alerted to the incident by St John at 3pm yesterday.
A 59-year-old man was initially trapped in the vehicle when it rolled.
‘‘He managed to free himself before we got there,'' Snr Sg Benn said.
The incident happened about 100m away from the farm house and police had difficulty finding the location.
Snr Sgt Benn was not able to confirm whether the man was the only person in the vehicle. The man, who had a crushed foot, was taken for further treatment.
