Further charges will be laid after police were called to a fight on Stevenson St, Balclutha early on Sunday.
Constable Logan Dickie, of Balclutha, said one of the men was believed to have wielded a large stick in the fight and damage was caused to the house.
Two Kaitangata men aged 18 and 20, and a 19-year-old Balclutha man have been charged with disorderly behaviour likely to cause violence.
Further charges are expected to be laid. The trio are due to appear in the Balclutha District Court on December 10.
