Police are seeking information after a butchery was broken
into and truck tyres slashed in Milton early yesterday.
Constable Will Pentelow, of Milton, said the front window of
Tiny's Butchery in Union St was smashed about 1am. Nothing
was taken. Around the same time, someone slashed the tyres of
a flatbed truck in an Eden St yard, Const Pentelow said.
The offender also attempted to break into vehicles in the
yard, and tried to drag a heavy-duty electrical cable down
the road. There was several hundred dollars' worth of damage.
