Ramsay denies sleeping with Australian woman

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay says he has never heard of an Australian woman who claims to have slept with him.

Property consultant Julie Vidovic (42) told New Idea magazine she and Ramsay, also 42, had sex after meeting when he visited Sydney in June.

But Ramsay, who has four children with wife of 12 years Tana, denied the allegations when questioned by the British press.

The Daily Mail reported on its website on Monday that Ramsay said he had "never even heard of" Vidovic.

"I've got nothing to say. Thank you for asking," Ramsay added.

Ramsay, who was named Britain's 2006 Celebrity Father of The Year, recently denied allegations in UK newspapers that he cheated on his wife with Sarah Symonds, author of a book called Having An Affair? A Handbook for the Other Woman.

Symonds claimed she had a seven-year affair with the chef and that he had confided in her that he had two other mistresses - a married Danish writer and a woman he had an alleged one-night stand with after meeting through his Hell's Kitchen TV show.

The Ramsays have maintained a united front.

Vidovic told the magazine she believed Ramsay was available when they allegedly slept together in his hotel room.

"We made love for the whole night and morning," she said.
