Quality Southland venison is packed into the most popular pie on the menu. Other varieties include satay chicken, steak and cheese, and a vegetarian option.

Fresh fish and chips is also available at the cafe´, along with a full menu featuring homemade seafood patties, and towering burgers cooked to order.
Muddy Creek Cafe´ at 2 Harvey St, Omakau, provides a great place to stop for a bite to eat, a cold Benger Gold juice or a good cup of Robert Harris coffee.
