YOGA WITH THE BUTTERFLIES

Hot Yoga Dunedin instructors lead a gentle hatha yoga class focusing on moving slowly through basic poses and using breathing to remain present and mindful.

Doors open 5.45pm for a 6pm start, Thursday 7 February. $20 per person.

Wander at your own pace or join our free est. 1868 tour, which departs daily from the Info Desk at 2.30pm.
