Heart and Soul Cafe's raspberry fudge brownie
2 cups caster sugar
1½ cups flour
½ cup cocoa
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup raspberries
handful of chocolate buttons
Melt butter and chocolate, add eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa, vanilla and beat until mixed.
Pour into greased tin.
Sprinkle raspberries and chocolate buttons on top.
Bake at 170degC for 30-35 minutes.
