Ask a chef: Aurora Cafe's muesli slice

Ask a Chef reveals the secrets of those superb dishes you ate in cafes and restaurants and wanted to try making.


Aurora Cafe's muesli slice


2 packets malt biscuits, crushed
1kg toasted muesli
500g mixed fruit
500g butter, melted
2 Tbsp honey
1 tin (400g) condensed milk



Mix all ingredients well. Push into a slice tin lined with non-stick paper. Chill for about an hour or until set, then cut into slices.
