A subtle nose playing inthe sweet ‘n’ sour spectrum, rounding out with aeration.
Noticeably sweeter palate, creates a counterpoint to sweet ‘n’ sour notes: time sees this evolve to pear and boiled sweets.
Good acidity creates freshness.
