'Abducted' 3-year-old found safe and well

Chloe Campbell, the 3-year-old who was reported abducted from Childers in south-east Queensland, has been found alive.

Queensland Police say Chloe was found safe and well about 1am on Saturday, and has been taken to hospital for treatment.

The ABC reported that she was found at the showgrounds in Childers, south of Bundaberg.

Police have maintained that Chloe was abducted, and say investigations are continuing.

The girl's disappearance from her home on Thursday morning sparked a huge police search.

Her parents said they feared she was specifically targeted and taken through an open window.
