Another chance to name hospital hammer

We are again asking people to vote to choose the name of the 14-tonne hammer commissioned to build the new Dunedin Hospital.

A technical issue meant the online votes for the poll at the weekend were not counted.

The issue has been sorted, so the poll has been reopened until 6pm tonight. We will also be accepting new votes via the 0800 number.

More than 100 individual nominations were received from Otago Daily Times readers, which were narrowed down to the four options below by a five-person judging panel.
