Taking shape

The skeleton of a new University of Otago hall of residence takes shape at the corner of Albany and Forth Sts. The seven-storey Te Rangi Hiroa student accommodation building will provide 325 beds and will replace the current college of the same name in Castle St. The college is named for the university’s first Maori graduate, Te Rangi Hiroa (Sir Peter Buck).
