Tall order

Contractors use a crane to clean the gutters on the University of Otago Business School this week. Property and campus development director Tanya Syddall said the job was complex because the 11-storey building had multiple roofs and facades, which had some "awkward nooks and crannies". She said the contractors also did minor repairs to flashings and roof cladding, and took photos of anything that could potentially need maintenance.
