Dunedin has been allocated a Lions game and two tests over the next two years.
Forsyth Barr Stadium will host a test between the All Blacks and Wales on June 25 next year.
The roofed stadium will also be part of the much-anticipated Lions tour, hosting a game between the Highlanders and the British and Irish side on June 13, 2017.
Dunedin has missed out on a Lions test. Two will be played at Eden Park, and one at Westpac Stadium.
But any disappointment at that omission is compensated by the scheduling of a Bledisloe Cup test shortly after the Lions tour.
The All Blacks will play the Wallabies in Dunedin on August 26, 2017.
