Education Minister Hekia Parata will be in Dunedin later this month to officially open the Bathgate Park School of Technology and the Arts.
The school community will join staff and pupils at the school on June 29 for the event.
Bathgate Park School was formed when the ministry merged Macandrew Intermediate and Forbury School early last year because of declining rolls in the South Dunedin area.
