Otago restaurants continue to feature strongly on the annual list of the country's top restaurants.
Eleven Otago restaurants were named in the Cuisine Top 100 Restaurants for 2018, compared with other regions such as Canterbury's eight and Hawke's Bay's eight.
In Wanaka, Ode Conscious Dining and Bistro Gentil made the list for the first time, joining Kika, which was listed for the first time last year.
Queenstown also dominates with Amisfield Bistro, Botswana Butchery, Fishbone, Rata and Sherwood again making the list.
North Otago favourites Riverstone Kitchen and Fleur's Place are also back.
Only one Dunedin restaurant was named - Bracken, which got its second ''hat'' last year.
Each of the restaurants are now eligible for a ''hat'' award and top award categories at a ceremony in October.
