Partying begins in earnest on Hyde St, Dunedin, as tertiary students celebrate the end of the 2014 exam season.
Unlike other Hyde St parties, this one was not planned with input from the Dunedin City Council, Dunedin police, Dunedin Hospital or other emergency services.
The party is expected to go long in to the night and police will be keeping a close eye on proceedings.
