A construction worker puts the finishing touches on the facade of the new ACC building in Dowling St, Dunedin.

The exterior glazing features a distinctive printed artwork designed by Ngāi Tahu artist Kirsten Parkinson, inspired by the woven pattern of a traditional flax basket.

Ngāi Tahu Property, in partnership with ACC Investments, is developing the four-storey, 8600sqm building. The building aims to provide a modern and efficient work space, as well as reflect cultural, heritage and sustainability values.

The building remains on track to be completed in the middle of next year.
