Paige Hughes is delighted after her head was painted in her Dunedin home yesterday morning.
The 4-year-old was diagnosed with leukaemia on September 3 and has undergone 230 procedures, with treatment anticipated to end in November next year.
Her head paint was the work of Samantha Hayde, of Enchanted Facepaints, who volunteered her time after Paige expressed a desire to have her head painted.
Proud dad Chris said March was Child Cancer Foundation appeal month, and he would be raising funds by collecting donations at Mitre 10 Mega this Saturday.
