Man banned from stadium

A man was tackled by security personnel and detained at Forsyth Barr Stadium last night after he was found wandering around the
premises.

Senior Sergeant Kelvin Lloyd, of Dunedin police, said the man was in the University Plaza construction site without authorisation about 10pm
and detained by security guards until police arrived.

He has been banned from the site, Snr Sgt Lloyd said.
