A man has been taken to Dunedin Hospital with moderate injuries after a fall at St Clair.
St John spokesman Gerard Campbell said it was called to The Esplanade, St Clair, at 11.10am to a "falling incident" involving a man in his 30s.
He was taken by ambulance to Dunedin Hospital in a moderate condition.
A police spokesman said it was called was also called to incident after reports the man fell off a metal railing.
