A new suicide prevention organisation, the Through The Other Side Trust, was launched at Wains Hotel, in Dunedin, last night.
The trust has been set up to allow the ongoing printing of Nikki Cockburn’s book Through The Other Side, so it can be distributed to schools, libraries, suicide prevention groups, mental health organisations and the wider community.
Proceeds from the purchase of the books will go towards providing suicide prevention courses to the community.
