Police have captured a teenager who was on the roof of flats in South Dunedin.
Earlier reports described the teenager as a wanted criminal who was threatening to jump, police say.
Senior Sergeant Steve Aitken said the man was known to police and had been seen running through properties in the area.
"He's chosen to stand on the roof of a building and be a nuisance," he said.
