Police are appealing for information regarding an incident in the suburb of St Clair in Dunedin today.
At about 4.40pm, a man and woman were seen arguing on Coughtrey St.
The pair then got into a silver sedan and drove toward Forbury Rd, police said.
Police are concerned for the parties involved and wish to ascertain exactly what took place, and ensure those involved are all right.
