All aboard for midwinter supper.
The Taieri Gorge Railway train leaves from Dunedin Railway station at 3.30pm on Saturday for the Middlemarch Festival of Lights.
Lit-up Middlemarch homes and businesses will greet guests on their way to dinner at the Strath Taieri Community Centre.
Saturday will be the fifth time the Festival of Lights has been held and 150 people are expected to attend.
Funds raised will go towards hiring scaffolding to paint the interior of Middlemarch Hall.
