Three people were assessed by ambulance staff after a heater caught fire at the school.
Firefighters were called about 8.40am yesterday after reports a small heater in the school had ignited. A Fire Service spokesman said it was a minor matter and firefighters from Willowbank were quickly able to douse the fire.
A St John spokesman said three people were assessed at the scene for smoke inhalation, but no-one was taken to hospital and no injuries were reported.
