Fog restrictions affecting flights at Auckland Airport and thousands of passengers nationwide have now been lifted.
An airport spokesman said about 20 domestic flights were delayed today and 11 cancelled due to fog.
One Napier flight was diverted to Hamilton, and one international flight was diverted to Wellington.
The restrictions were put in place at 10.30am but lifted just after 1pm.
