A 25-year-old New Plymouth man has died in a single-car crash in Taranaki.
The incident happened just before 6.30am today when the car rolled south of Stratford, at the intersection of State Highway 3 and Climie Rd.
He was taken to hospital with critical injuries but later died, said a police communications spokesman.
Sleep deprivation may have contributed to the crash, he said.
