Christchurch residents have until 5pm today to make submissions on the quake city's plan for the year.
Christchurch City Council's draft annual plan sets out the proposed services and projects over the next year of the rebuild.
It includes a proposed 7.4 percent rates rise and options for rebuilding 10 key amenities, including a new 21,000 square metre convention centre, sports hub, and repairs to the town hall, art gallery, and library.
Several of the key decisions, however, could be taken over the new Christchurch Central Development Unit, which has been set up to oversee the central city rebuild.
More than 1600 submissions have been received from the public over the four-week consultation period.
