Police said "something violent" had happened at the Glen Innes where the male victim's body was found late last night.

Police were carrying out a scene examination at the address today.
They were were also working to establish the movements of the victim and the alleged offender before the incident.
Detective Senior Sergeant Aaron Pascoe said it was clear "something violent" had occurred at the address.
