A man is missing off the coast of Taranaki after a small boat capsized this morning.
Police were called to the scene near Paritutu Rock just after 9am.
One person has been rescued from the scene having sustained scrapes and bruises.
A rescue helicopter, police and the Coastguard are all searching for the missing person.
