A man was taken to Tauranga Hospital with suspected brain injuries after a crash on Ohauiti Rd.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the single car crash at the intersection of Ohauiti and Rowe Rd about 7.30pm yesterday.
A St John spokesman said the man was taken to hospital in a serious condition with possible brain injuries.
It was unclear what the man crashed into, he said.
