A young Timaru man was left unconscious yesterday after falling from the back of a ute in the town centre without his trousers on.
The man was believed to have been one of two people standing on the back of the ute as it drove through town mid-afternoon, The Timaru Herald reported.
An ambulance arrived to find friends of the man had covered the lower half of his body with clothes.
He was taken to Timaru Hospital and requested details of his condition not be released.
